This Error is because there is a missing payment method in the settings
Error Message: Unable to create the order in NetSuite for the Shopify order #x As we could not find a matching payment method in NetSuite for the Shopify payment method 'X'
How to resolve :
define which payment method is missing it will be here: Shopify payment method 'X'
Go To Netsuite and Search for : Payment Methods
This is payment Method list
Now Go to Celigo> Order > settings
Add the missing Payment in the Source (Shopify)
in the Destination Side (Netsuite) confirm what the payment method will be against the missing one get it from the List
You could get this error message for Other IA apps it's the same process
