This Error can occur in multiple Scenarios
Scenario 1:
The item you have in the Order is Exist in Netsuite and you still get this error that mean you need to change the mappings lookup
Scenario 2:
The item you have in the Order is not Exist in Netsuite so that mean the client need to add it
To resolve Scenario 1
1-Click Edit Retry Data
Search for : SKU (Shopify)
Copy the SKU and Search for it in Netsuite (Global Search)
Now you will see that the item is Exist
1) Item name/number (itemid) : here where the SKU can be
2)Display Name (displayname): it can be here too
so when you open the item in Netsuite see which field
Then go to Celigo >Settings > Order > item
If the SKU exist in Item name/number
Map This : itemid
If the SKU exist in Display Name
Map This : displayname
