Errors Not Displaying in Celigo Netsuite Flow Steps (Possible Sandbox Bug?)

I wanted to share an issue that I've been experiencing in Celigo Netsuite flow steps. It seems that errors are not being displayed in the flow steps in our Celigo sandbox environment, despite being triggered and appearing in the run console.

My colleague and I have both tried this on different Netsuite flow steps and have encountered the same issue. The run console shows errors, but the error messages are not being displayed in Celigo. Even when creating a pre map hook and throwing an error, it does not show the error.

One example of this is when updating an Netsuite opportunity in Celigo. An error is triggered that prevents the update from being completed, but the error is not visible and is not shown in Celigo. This way retrying of an error is also not possible.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue, or if it is something that is specific to our account or setup. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Nuri Ensing, thanks for reporting the matter! We've done a quick check in our environment, and the QA team was able to view the errors in an NS flow step in the Sandbox.
    I've created a ticket (#177670) so that Support can look into the matter and help.
