In BigCommerce, there are scenarios where you can create an item but cannot update the item. When a new item is exported from NetSuite to BigCommerce, a Celigo BigCommerce Item Id Map record is created, which help’s in searching an existing item in BigCommerce.
If you are using a custom field to store the BigCommerce SKU in NetSuite and try exporting a new item from NetSuite to BigCommerce, the Celigo BigCommerce Item Id Map record is not created with the BigCommerce Product Id.
To update the BigCommerce item Id, update the lookup in the following two flows:
- Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to the BigCommerce - NetSuite integration app tile in which you want to update the lookup.
- Navigate to Flows > Order > BigCommerce Order to NetSuite Order Add > netsuite-orders-import-adaptor → Item Name (Internal) Mapping → SKU Lookup.
- Navigate to Flows > Order > BigCommerce product ID to NetSuite item (update) > open netsuite-massUpdate-import-adaptor > How can we find existing records? * > update the SKU lookup.
