How does Celigo handle refunds for unfilled items?
For Cash Sales created from Shopify orders that are unfulfilled, how does Celigo handle cash refunds? NetSuite requires a location, otherwise, it fails with "Multi-location Inventory Error (MLI_LOCATION_REQUIRED"
The items only get a location after they are fulfilled.

Hi Pablo,
You can set a default refund location on the main settings page that should address this issue. Alternatively, you might be able to add a mapping on the flow to better customize how it selects a location to use for the refund.
