    I'm unfamiliar with Channel Advisor, but have you checked if there is a scope required to refresh and if so, was it selected in the initial grant? Just a guess...

    Celigo support helped me with configuring my ChannelAdvisor connection.  I had the same issue that you did.  The fix was to add params to authorization URL.
