Creating Custom Scripts in an Integration App

I would like to create a custom script or a transformation for one of our flows in our Shopify - NetSuite Integration App. Is there anyway to enable this?

    Our prebuilt solution - Integration Apps - do not support custom script.

    The possible way to incorporate few of the business logics in the Integration app is via Handle bar expression, settings and mappings.

    I noticed you have created a tracker for further discussing on the possibility of leveraging the above mentioned ways in IA. Support team would help for further checks on the same.
