Add a post Lookup Response Map Transform option

Right now if we need to transform the result of a Lookup Post Response Map, it seems that we need to add a Script task after the Lookup Response Map.

In the case where we might get multiple matches, it would be nice if instead of having to head into the land of Javascript, we could just add a post response map transform which would allow us to operate on the resultant record that came out of the lookup.

This is because we've noticed that @Root in and {#each} expression doesn't seem to be able to get to the record that the lookup response map connects the lookup results to.
