Can't add payment records to NetSuite from Salesforce

I have loaded invoices with their lines items to NetSuite.  Now I need to apply the payments to the invoice.  I am exporting the appropriate payment records from Salesforce. I have not been able to get the payments to apply to the correct invoice.  I tried to create a CSV and load via the import process in NetSuite, and it worked fine.  When I tried to translate that to celigo, I could not find the same invoice external ID key as the CSV.

This is the error I'm getting:

Failed to extract child records from oneToMany import data. Record at index 0 was not an array, and no PathToMany was provided.
View export recordView import record

Here are screen prints:

I'm doing a lookup to find the internal invoice number

Anyone able to help determine what I'm doing wrong?

  • Joanne Walker do you have a one-to-many path set and not filled in?

Here is an example of a customer payment mapping we have for a demo flow. It may not all be applicable to you, but may point you in a direction to try a few different things.
