Klaviyo-NetSuite integration

Hi ,

We have a requirement for integration between Klaviyo and NetSuite. I have come across the quick start integration template for the same. In the available documents it is mentioned that the "Exlcusions" from Klaviyo is synced as Contacts to NetSuite. Does anyone know what Exclusions mean in Klaviyo? what data is synced from Klaviyo by this flow in the template?

Hi, Exclusions are unsubscribes in a mailing list. The Celigo Klaviyo/NS template only marks those contacts in Klaviyo as "no" in the subscribe status field in the Contact record in Netsuite. The Celigo Klaviyo/NS template is fully customizable and you can add any other fields to the mapping if needed. Hope that helps!
