Error when updating the Item price in NetSuite
Hi,
I am working on a custom flow that sync items from one NetSuite account to another NetSuite account. Here I need to sync the item base price also.I have mapped to the field "Celigoprice : USA : Online Price : Tier 0 Amount", however when this mapping is added an error occur.
Failed to create, update/transform record because Wrong parameter type: filters is expected as Array.
Please suggest the solution to add the price correctly.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Aishwarya M J
looks like you were using the old SuiteApp version, can you please check if you have version 1.11.0 or above? if it was a sandbox you can upgrade by yourself. if it was production you should have the latest if not you can create a ticket requesting to upgrade the version for suiteapp. we can push only to production, sandbox needs to be done by yourself. This issue we fixed in the 1.11.0 version.

We already have the version 1.20.0 for the Celigo integrator bundle in our NetSuite Sandbox. Could you please suggest any other possible reason for the issue?
Thanks

Hi Aishwarya M J
Looks like you were using restletVersion 'suiteapp2.0' in your import, so you need to check the SuiteApp, not the Suite bundle.
Please check the SuiteApp installed list and check for the Celigo integrator.io version.
You can upgrade the version for Sandbox through the SuiteApp marketplace itself. please update it.

Thank you so much for the help. The issue is resolved now.

Muneswara Thotakura this advice should be made more public, please. I have been struggling for almost a day on a cash sale creation flow with inventory details in one of our NetSuite Sandbox environments that was refreshed 2 months ago. Once I updated the version of the Celigo SuiteApp in Sandbox and retried the flow, it worked perfectly.
