Configuration issue the Salesforce-NetSuite Integration APP(IO)

Hi,

Who can configure the Salesforce-NetSuite Integration APP(IO), do we need extra privilege to configure this app?
Or it can be only configured by "Third Party Developer" assigned by Celigo.

And also getting the error "Missing salesforce._iClientId. Connections linked to Integration Apps require their own iClient" while creating SF connection in APP, can anyone guide on this?

Thanks.

  • The error "Missing salesforce._iClientId. Connections linked to Integration Apps require their own iClient" typically occurs when there is an issue with the Salesforce integration setup. Here are the steps to resolve this issue:

    1. Check the Salesforce User Role: Ensure that the Salesforce user role used for the integration has the necessary permissions. The user should have admin rights during the installation. Once installed, they can switch back to a custom role, but make sure the custom role has "View All Custom Settings" permission.

    2. Check the Salesforce Package Version: Make sure that the Salesforce package installed is up-to-date. If the package is outdated, you may encounter this error. If the package is already updated and you're still encountering the error, try uninstalling and reinstalling the package.

    3. **Check Field Level Security**: In Salesforce, go to Realtime syncObject and check for the qualifier field. Ensure that it has field-level security access for the user used in the Salesforce connection in integrator.io.

    4. Reinstall the Integration App: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Integration App from scratch. Remember to always follow the installation instructions carefully to avoid such issues. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to look into the specific account settings to debug the issue.

    Thanks
