    Aishwarya M J I see that our support team has addressed your issue. Hope their resolution helped resolve your issue. I am summarizing their resolution for other users who may have a similar question w.r.t. credit memos and inventory details:

    "The settlement flows are based on the settlement reports from Amazon. In the prebuilt Integration App, the credit memos are non-inventory-impacting because refund quantities are not available in the settlement report.
     
    Our Product team also does not recommend changing the default quantity mapping because this would affect and interrupt backend processes, particularly with items that require inventory details.
     
    Please note that custom flows are available should you want solutions that are scoped to fit your specific use case and business needs."
