Trouble with Netsuite File Import - "This record already exists"
Hi all!
I'm facing a problem when importing files (with blob key) into Netsuite. I keep getting a lot of these errors: "This record already exists". But when I check Netsuite, the file isn't there.
The strange thing is, if I retry the error, it works. Also, if I send the same info again to my Celigo listener, it's fine. But the error keeps coming back.
Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas on how to solve it?

Nuri Ensing are you trying to put files with the same name into the same folder? Two files with the same name can't live in the same file cabinet folder. Maybe try adding a timestamp to the filename?
I believed that I already used unique filenames since we typically receive them with a uuid code, such as s5rk7xws-114i-j74p-i1ee-sj40w7ls7q8g.png and I must have missed seeing the duplicate file in NetSuite as I tried to find it in the wrong list. To address this, I've added a timestamp before the filename and set it to only add, which for now resolved the error. Thanks for the suggestion, Tyler!
