Shopify Refunds initiated from NetSuite are synced back

Hi,

We are using the Refund flows Shopify-NetSuite Integration app.

A NetSuite Sales Order is billed by creating a Cash Sale. There is request of partial refund for this order , for this a Cash Refund is created in NetSuite manually. We have the "NetSuite refund to Shopify refund (add)" flow running which sync this refund to Shopify. 

Recently the flow "Shopify refund to NetSuite refund (add)" is turned ON which caused the Shopify refund to sync back to NetSuite , creating yet another Cash Refund. Now there are 2 refunds for the order.

We do not want the Shopify refund which is initiated from NetSuite to sync back. Only the refunds initiated in Shopify need to be synced to NetSuite using the flow "Shopify refund to NetSuite refund (add)".

Kindly share the suggestions to resolve the issue.
