NetSuite + Shopify Integration
Hello everyone,
Question for anyone who is familiar with the NetSuite + Shopify integrator and kitted items.
We have several items in our Shopify store that are combinations of individual saleable items (kits).
We are in process of implementing the integrator and will have all item information copy over from NetSuite as NetSuite will be the source of truth for items and inventory. We have built all kitted items in NetSuite with the corresponding components.
Currently, we use an app in Shopify to manage these kits, however once we go live with the integrator we do not want to use this and actually cannot as we found out through testing it will create 2 fulfillments for each item in NetSuite.
The main issue we are having is without the app, there is not inventory value for the kits showing in Shopify. Does anyone know how to get this information to populate? It would be whatever item in the kit has the lowest inventory.

Is your related saved search in NetSuite (Celigo Shopify Kit Inventory Export) displaying the kit and member items/QTYs correctly?

The search does not display the member items and qty, it only shows the kit name. We are working with a consultant for the integration and they set up the search, however this is their first time managing this type of integration. Do you happen to know how to get these details to populate?

It looks like the default/locked version of that NS saved search created by the Celigo bundle does have those results fields:
