Google Sheets Helper export error

I am unable to save the helper export flow. I've modified the flow to import from Netsuite and successfully previewed the data but I get no feedback when I go to save

  • Hi Elmir Bilalic

Thank you for reaching out. To better assist you, could you please provide a few more details about the issue you're encountering?

When you mention being unable to save the helper export flow, are you experiencing issues saving the google sheets import bubble, or the export bubble? Please share screenshot of the bubble that you are not able to save and mask sensitive information.

    Thanks!

  • Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible, aiming for a resolution by Thursday, which will enable you to save the import.

  • I get the following error now

Failed to locate headers in the configured sheet.

I can save when I uncheck "Does your sheet have column headers?" but I still get the "ValueRange.range is required but not specified" error from my previous message.

  • [updated] -- I know what the issue is. Stay tuned.

    Ignore this.

It would be good to get confirmation that the sheet name being configured matches what it in the spreadsheet. I see the name of the spreadsheet itself is 'sheet1', and this makes me wonder if spreadsheet vs sheet names are being mixed up; but we cannot see from the screenshots. Anyways, just a thought. Hopefully support has already helped you solve this.

Good thought Scott but the sheet is named "Sheet1". I was doing some testing with the spreadsheet name to make sure I covered all basis.

  • The "Failed to locate headers in the configured sheet." issue should be fixed now. This was a bug on our side.
