Issue when creating Item Fulfillments for Kit items

Hi,

I get the following error when trying to create item fulfillment in NetSuite for kit items.

Failed to save record because The kit definition has been changed. Please use the Update Orders Kit Members with Current Kit Members Mass Update in order to fulfill this order.

The fulfillment data is received from a 3PL where the JSON only includes the Kit parent item, component items are not included. Whereas in NetSuite when creating fulfillment the components does shows up. I am not sure if this causes the error. Below given is my mapping in 1.0.

Can anyone suggest solution to this?

  Aishwarya M J you would need to do a lookup first to get the list of components that make up a kit because kits can't be fulfilled, only components.

  Hi Tyler Lamparter

  I could get the component items via lookup. However I do not have the Quantity Shipped for the Component items and the line id of the component items. Is there a workaround to achieve this? Can we do like if we mark the kit parent item as fulfilled, the component items gets auto filled and skipped same in in NetSuite UI?
