    Hi Hammad Afzal, I think you are missing an option that instructs the platform what should happen when there are errors in Import.If you choose the first option to proceed to next application regardless, then the flow will continue even after the import error. Default is option 2 where flow is paused till the error is fixed.

    Hi Naveen Venkatesh, I have a scenario in which CRM's data is importing in NetSuite, and their are some name validation in NetSuite which are not applicable in CRM. so when Celigo flow imports the data to netsuite then it encounters an Error, in that case I want to sent email notification to crm user that you need to update name in order to sync this data in NetSuite.
    Note: We don't want to apply NetSuite name validation in CRM.

    Thanks for providing more details on your usecase. We are actively working on building support for custom email but it is not available yet. As a workaround, have you tried outlook or google mail in the step?

    I only want to trigger Email when my NetSuite connector encounter's an Error. Is it possible to call outlook connector only when NetSuite connector encounter's error?

    Hammad Afzal you can use the Microsoft Outlook connector to send emails anywhere in the flow. I would use response map the errors in from your NetSuite import step, then branch to where there are or aren't errors, then send an email.

    Tyler Lamparter Thank you for your response and suggestion. I'm trying to run next connector if Netsuite connector faces error. but unfortunately when Netsuite connector encounter error then Celigo flow will not run or map error msg to next connector.

    Hi Hammad Afzal, I tested with a similar setup with Netsuite connector and i am able to route errors to specific branch to another connector. Could you able to share more info on your flow?

    Hi Naveen Venkatesh, I wish, I could explain more by uploading images but this portal is not uploading my PNG file of 32KB with chrome or Edge browser.

    Well in my case, When NS import connector get's error then flow is not executing next steps. If it's not executing next steps then I'm not able to sent Email with Outlook connector.
