Data Loader does not Recognize Lines (NetSuite)

I want to create Item Receipts in my NetSuite environment by using nlobj_Transform, from a Data Loader csv file.

However, when testing the mapping, Celigo is not recognizing the sublist fields.

What am I missing?

    Hey Rodrigo Schramm,
    If I am understanding it correct, I can see keys on the source field column is incorrect. 
    Can you try using "item.Item" "item.Line ID" and "item.Quantity" as the CSV headers are like this?

    Please let me know if that works.
