Once the BigCommerce order is added to NetSuite, the fulfillment steps needs to be completed in NetSuite. After fulfilling the Order in NetSuite you will need to run the flow “NetSuite Fulfillment to BigCommerce Shipment Add” in BigCommerce-NetSuite IA. This flow will move the status of the order from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Shipped" in BigCommerce.
For the status to changed to "Completed", the Payment needs to be completed for the order as well.
As per BigCommerce below is the definition of the status Completed: Order has been shipped/picked up, and receipt is confirmed; client has paid for their digital product, and their file(s) are available for download.
