Salesforce flows updating records do not always update NetSuite

We have some record-triggered flows in Salesforce that should update NetSuite (the fields are mapped in Celigo).

Manual updates are reflected in NetSuite but flow updates don't always trigger a sync. 

How can I troubleshoot or what changes can I make to make sure this doesn't occur?
