Netsuite Data Loader Record Type Error

I'm trying to configure a Netsuite data load.  The connection is live but I get an error under the record type field once I choose my connection.  

Any ideas?

    Hi Brian McDonough,

    One of the main causes of an error in the 'record type' field is often related to permissions. Could you please review the article and verify if the role used to connect to NetSuite has the necessary permissions enabled?

    Additionally, there should have been an error message appearing in the top right corner of the page. Can you please share that too as seeing this message would be helpful in identifying the exact cause of the error.
