NetSuite record metadata not updating - any tricks or workarounds?

Hi Everyone,

I'm stuck trying to make a routine change to a flow. I needed to change the field used for a “Once” export on a NetSuite Export and the field list will not pull in my new field. I've removed any permission restrictions on the field, I've generated a new auth token, I've logged out and back in to Celigo, I've chosen some other random field, saved and tried again to update the field list, and on and on… I've even renamed existing fields to see if the update would be reflected in IIO, but it's not. It seems like IIO is caching the data from NetSuite or for some reason not pulling down fresh data. I've verified I'm connected to the correct account.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any workarounds or other ideas?

  • Is the field that you want to use visible on the form in NetSuite? (when logged in as the Celigo user)

    If I remember correctly Celigo creates the list of available fields for the mapping dropdowns by parsing the default form for the record.
