Anyone figure out how to sync contacts on a customer/account record between NetSuite and Salesforce?
I understand that you can set a company at the contact level, and contact shows up under that company, but it doesn't display their role in the company (decision maker, purchaser, technical resource, etc).
Also, if you add or remove contacts from an account/customer, they don't sync over. Or if you uncheck the Active status on a contact in the Related Contacts relationship.
Sometimes we need to assign a contact to multiple accounts/customers to help with various implementation/partner tasks.
This seems like pretty basic functionality that most companies would need.
