ADP Payroll Journal File issues
All -
We're trying to journal in Payroll data from ADP and are running into issues.
The file that we're working with is around 500 records. When we allow Celigo to use its default paging, we get error messages from Netsuite that the journal is out of balance, because the 20 records it pulls don't represent the entire journal. When I increase that page size to 1000 records, Celigo pulls all of the records, but we get this error from Netsuite:
Mapping error at index: JSON Object Index 1 | Name: JavaException Message: com.netledger.common.exceptions.NLUserError: Script Execution Usage Limit Exceeded StackTrace: at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:459 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:470 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:547 (c) at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:556 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:562 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:475 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:485 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:1118 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:979 at Celigo.build.Integrator.closure.js:981 at Celigo_Basis.closure.js:1049 at Celigo_Basis.closure.js:1055 at null$lib:4 (restletwrapper) at Celigo_LicensingServices.closure.js$80372:17
So, if we import a subset of the journal, we fail because it doesn't balance, and if we import all of it so that it balances, we fail because it appears to be too large.
Looking for some help, here. Is it possible to either:
- Increase the number of records we can feed through Celigo to Netsuite, or
- Suspend the balance validation of General Journal records coming from Celigo, or
- ...?
Not sure if others have encountered this before. Any help is appreciated.
