FAQ: Can NetSuite SuiteCloud service tier changes affect my integrations?
Q. My company is considering lowering our NetSuite SuiteCloud service tier. Can you tell us if that might affect our NetSuite connections in integrator.io?
A. Your connections to the same account should work the same after you change your plan.
However, there is the potential that you will be reducing the concurrency allowed when you call the NetSuite API. Your integrations and any other apps that access NetSuite are subject to those limits.
