FAQ: Cannot get Description Items to sync?

To sync Description Item via the NetSuite sales order to Salesforce order flow, try this:

  1. Make sure that Item Name & Product Code are the same.
  2. Check that you've added an Internal ID.
  3. Update the NS sales order to SF order field mappings with multi-field expressions.
