FAQ: Cannot sync record URL from NetSuite to Salesforce

Because the URL value does not exist in a field in NetSuite, our integration app does not provide mapping for it. There are two workarounds:

• You'll need to add a Type field in the Custom Entity Field in NetSuite, then select Hyperlink. In the Validation & Defaulting tab below, specify the Default Value with your URL and an ID such as below. Here are some NetSuite KBs that cover this:

• If you don't want to customize your NetSuite, you can add a mapping for NetSuite Record, then in the settings for that mapping, modify the Expression to your NetSuite URL.
