Exchange credits that are returned to gift cards are not managed correctly. Shopify does not fill in a sku, thus we are forced to assume all sku lookups fail are gift cards .... unfortunately for large companies with large nbr of skis companies this is risky
Shopiffy POS/Exchange Challenges.
When Mapping shopify sku's to Netsuite we need to be able to map shopify sku or title/name to a netsuite sku. As shopify allows for custom line items checkouts that do not have "skus"
And when processing exchanges to a gift card shopify uses a dummy gift_card that does not have a sku.
All of these transactions combined with celigo's challenges make the shopify-netsuite order interface ... a real management nightmare.1
