FAQ: How can I add a delay to handle governance issues caused by API rate limits?
If you're experiencing time-outs due to API rate limits when importing data, such as new orders, make sure that you open the app connector connection you are using and set Concurrency level to a specific value. If you leave it empty, we will send data as quickly as possible. If you are using NetSuite, you can also set Batch size.
After doing that, if you are using our HTTP or REST connector, you can provide app-specific information in the API rate limits section for your specific app (time is measured in milliseconds).
