FAQ: I can't see the Tools & Resources menu - why not?

You need to be either an account owner or account-level manager to view and access this menu. If you're just an integration tile-level manager, you won't be able to see this menu. Contact your account owner (click your user icon to see your account owner's contact info) to grant you managerial rights. You cannot add custom flows or manual data loader flows to any of our Integration Apps, but you can add another integration tile that has an alternate flow outside of the Integration App.
