TROUBLESHOOTING: Why can’t I install a Quickstart integration template in my account?
Q. I’m trying to install a template from the integrator.io Marketplace, and the installation fails immediately with this error: “The role with which you are associated doesn’t have the required permission to perform the action.” What does that mean? How do I get around it so I can work with the template?
A. This notification is by design, caused by your account permissions. An account Monitor may not add an integration; only a Manager and above can.
Speak with the account owner about elevating your privileges or installing the template for you.
