TROUBLESHOOTING: Getting "failed to load file" error when importing data to NetSuite

If you're trying to import to NetSuite and you're getting the following error:
Failed to load file: xxxxx; caused by: You do not have access to the media item
you selected
Verify your SuiteScript hook Internal ID in NetSuite to make sure that it matches the one you've specified in integrator.io.
One scenario where this can happen is if you have sandbox and production environments; make sure that the Internal IDs are the same.
