For this option, we enable this to ensure that our high risk/potential fraud orders are reviewed by our Customer Care team & then once verified we manually process the CC in Shopify (this is based on a workflow in Shopify). The issue we are seeing is that Shopify will sometimes modify historical orders even if there is no action on the order. When this happens, this legacy order is fed into NetSuite as if it is a new order.
There should be an option on this function to restrict orders from re-entering the system either based on a Date or Order Sequence Number.
