FAQ: Why isn’t my flow running when scheduled?
Q. I have a flow set to start overnight at 1 a.m. When I look at the dashboard the next day, I notice that it was often executed a few minutes later, sometimes even 10 or 15 minutes after the hour. What might be causing the delay? Is there anything I might need to fix?
A. Whenever possible, integrator.io will attempt to run your flow precisely when it’s scheduled. That said, it’s not uncommon for a flow to be delayed slightly by other factors, common to cloud-based applications. Try checking to see whether any of the following conditions might apply:
- Other flows might be running at the same time.
- Another automated task is currently being performed at a source app, such as SuiteScript in NetSuite.
- Finally, high internet traffic at the endpoint or integrator.io servers.
Any late start should have no effect on a delta flow, the next (dependent) scheduled flow, or the next run of the same flow.

If I schedule a flow to run every 15 minutes between a certain window, does the start time have to be close to the current time? In other words, if I want to run it between 8am and 10pm, every 15 minutes, but right now it's 9:30, will it run at the next 15 minute mark starting from 8am?
Right now I'm trying to get a scheduled flow to just start running within that window at all.

Yes, it will run every 15 minutes regardless of the time you are setting the schedule itself. It will use the start window time (i.e. 8am) to establish the first run, and then it will run at the set frequency, etc...
