UPDATED: NetSuite bundle updates for 20038 bundle temporarily paused (NetSuite assistant does not launch)
UPDATE: We are facing some issues with NetSuite managed bundle updates for the 20038 bundle and have paused pushing them to customers with bundles installed in NetSuite Production accounts. We will resume pushing updates beginning March 5 over a period of weeks so as not to compromise performance.
Issue resolved in 20038 bundle: Due to changes coming from NetSuite and Google Chrome, our NetSuite assistant form is no longer launching on later versions of Chrome, including Chrome 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit) or Firefox. A 20038 bundle was created to address these changes.
To request a Production bundle update sooner than the scheduled push
- Locate your NetSuite ID. It appears as the subdomain in your URL:
- In the NetSuite Omni-search bar, search “page: installed bundles”.
- Open a support ticket and include the following information:
- Your NetSuite ID
- The bundle name(s) and ID(s).
Note: Celigo only manages bundles installed in the NetSuite Production accounts. Your company’s NetSuite administrator can update Celigo bundles in a Sandbox environment.
See this community post if you have trouble launching NetSuite Assistant in Chrome.

We are on Chrome Version 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (64-bit) please advise how to 'work around' this in testing directly in an integration job.
Thanks for your post, Sean O'Hare. I see you have an open support ticket on this as well. We have discovered an issue with the 20038 bundle and our working to resolve it. Can you please let me know your NS account ID so that we can prioritize your account for updates?
