Make eTail customer ID searchable in NetSuite via Global search

We currently do not have a way to search a customer in NetSuite via their eTail customer ID values that we get from Shopify. The field is locked by Celigo so we cannot edit the field to have the Global Search checkbox. If Celigo can check this checkbox, it will give a quick way to search customers by their Shopify customer id.

  Hello Neeraj Tiwari,

  While we accept it as enhancement, as a quick win, you could create a custom field in NetSuite and add a mapping to the Customer sync from Shopify to NetSuite flow with ID on the Shopify side and custom field on the NetSuite side.
