Think of it really as two flows.  Does the 2nd source have the same data structure as the first?  Are the mappings valid in the Import step?

The structure is very similar. The import step isn't picking the fields/values from the second source.

You should see two flows in your dashboard.  One for each export. Is that what you're seeing??

Nope. I only see 1 flow.

Sounds like maybe a support issue? When I run a flow like this I see one export running initially. Then I refresh the dashboard I see 2.  The look the same, you'll only see the difference when you look into the details of the dashboard entry and see the export names are different.

Just to clarify, Ariel Isaac, you should only see 2 "jobs", not "flows", in your jobs dashboard. You'll only see 1 flow in the Flows tab on your Integration details page (Home > click tile > Integration details). What you're asking about should be possible, but could you enter a support ticket on this?

Good point Courtney!  Thank you. I'll try to use the right vernacular.

Any resolution on this? I am running into the same issue currently and trying to research. I have two SQL queries as exports to merge into one flow, but only see fields available from one (the first).
