Shopify Order Mapping to Netsuite - Payment Fields Suddenly Not Mapping Correctly

Did anyone else happen to start having an issue with certain payment fields mapping correctly while Shopify orders are being brought into Netsuite?

I have the "Credit Card Approved" checkbox mapped to always come in checked/"true" and also "Payment Processing Profile" mapped to a specific value. All of the sudden (as of this past Saturday) neither field is being populated on new orders as configured in the Celigo field mappings.

It doesn't look like any changes happened to the field mapping or other settings in Celigo. I also don't see any changes on the NS side which could have obviously caused this.

Curious if anyone else saw this occur recently, or anyone else using a similar setup that has no issue.

  • I got a notification on my email about this post and it scared me so much! phew! No issues on my end but we use manual payments. What error are you getting in the logs?

  • So I had the Payment Processing Profile field mapped on name and that suddenly broke somehow. The string I had set for the name hadn't changed in Netsuite and was still valid, so I can't explain why it suddenly wouldn't work. I ended up switching to map on Internal ID instead and it fixed both that field and the Credit Card Approved = True mapping somehow.
