Multiple Shopify Stores to NetSuite environment and customers.
1 NetSuite Instance (3 Shopify Stores same NetSuite)
- Shopify Store #1
- Shopify Store #2
- Shopify Store #3
Different customer base or at least that is the intention behind it. Can't really stop them from buying in at least 2 stores.
Issue:
If you place an order on Shopify Store #2 but the customer already exists in NetSuite because they placed an order before in Shopify #1 the flow fails because of the email address or something that ties back to that NetSuite customer.
Any way around this? Best solution?

You can try to adjust your identification logic for your customer sync, but this is a more advanced modification so if this isn't something you're familiar with, we suggest you file a support ticket so that they can help you with this.
