Line Item Duplicates

Hello, we are implementing the synchronization between Salesforce and Netsuite.
From Salesforce it works great, but from Netsuite once the sync finishes, the order is updated but the Line Items are duplicated in Salesforce

If I debug the object that comes out from Netsuite, I see that the information comes out correctly.

I don't see the possibility of putting a primary key in the sublists, in this case the Netsuite LineItems to avoid duplications.

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
