Suggested Feature - Conditional Blocks

I wanted to suggest a flow control feature that I thought might be helpful:  Conditional blocks.

It would be nice to have a container element in the designer that I could set filters on that would determine the flow for all elements inside of it.  

Currently, if I want to use data values to prevent a series of steps in a flow from running, the only way I've found to do that is to add that filter to each step.  It would be nice if I could wrap all of those steps in a container and conditionally run or ignore all steps in the container based on data.
