Realtime FTP Exports

Currently, FTP exports can only be scheduled and the schedule can only go down to 5min intervals. Some other providers like Microsoft Flow, are able to trigger flow runs when new files are dropped to the server. When integration timing is critical and apis are not an option, this would be a good solution.
