FAQ: Is the Item Group record option in integrator.io the same as the Item Collection record type in NetSuite?

No, these are not the same. Here's NetSuite's info on both:

• Item Collection 
• Item Group 

Item Collection was added in NetSuite 2019.2. Celigo doesn't currently support Item Collection, but let us know if you'd like it to be prioritized.

  Yes, support for Item Collection was released in October 2020 in the NetSuite Bundle v1.14.1.0.
