Resolve Magento 2.3.5-p1 version duplicate image issue

If the Magento 2 - NetSuite integration app is on the 2.3.5-p1 Magento instance, it is recommended to upgrade your integration app to the Magento 2.3.7 or 2.4.2 instances. This is to make sure that duplicate images are not created when you run the NetSuite Item Image to Magento 2 Product Image Add/Update flow.
