Change status from Oracle Netsuite to Jira
Hi all,
we are trying to use Celigo in order to synchronize Jira and Oracle Netsuite.
We were able to synchronize all fields we need in both directions (also custom fields).
Also, when we transition an issue in Jira we are able to map the transition in Netsuite and to change the relative status.
But, when we try the opposite (map the transition of Netsuite case), we are not able to map the status transition starting from Netsuite in Jira.
Can someone help us to understand how can we map a status transition from Netsuite to Jira?

For other customers who might have the same question, here's some additional information uncovered by Elisa Dui and Celigo support:
- In the Jira Cloud platform - NetSuite template, the flow Jira Cloud platform issues to NetSuite cases has a working example where the ticket status is updated in the opposite direction. See the mapping for issue.fields.status.name => Status (InternalId). Unfortunately, the bidirectional flow doesn't update the Jira status, as requested.

I am having a similar issue with a Salesforce -> Jira integration. Since status is updated via the "transitions" action, I cannot figure out how Celigo does (or can) map this transition.
