Error importing Line Level Order data into Dynamics 365 Supply Chain

I am really struggling with this. Got the Header data on the Sales Order all taken care of. When I go into Import the Line level Data, I keep getting this error. It leads me to believe the is the Line Creation Sequence Number as when i look in the error reporting, that line in the data is Orangeish vs everything else being green. Anyone able to offer some advise?
