Adding notes in dashboard view

when you are in the dashboard view, it would be great to have a section to add a note at the line level. Above that, tag another user would be even better.

i have a scenario where I dug into the error, figured out the source & solution - but I need to enlist my developer to validate. If I could tag them in that line and add a note we could collaborate and make sure that we aren't having to rediagnose the same issue at a later date.

  Curious if progress is being made on this. This would be a very helpful feature for our team, especially with a large number of different integrations.
