How to update a hubspot ticket from a NetSuite Export

I am running into issues mapping to a hubspot ticket in an import update. All I want to do is pull a custom field from netsuite called, "ticket_id" and then search for that same ticket id in hubspot and update a status if there is a match there. I repeatedly get errors regarding mappings and that my objectId does not exist cannot be found etc. Hoping anyone has any help on NetSuite to HubSpot Ticket update imports.
